Joc Pederson was out of the lineup today... Trade brewing? Im hoping Michael Young... 3B would be great. I'd take Howie Kendrick too.

P.S. Congrats on getting Kennedy. Now we (dodgers) have two reasons to hit yall.

Micheal young at 3b would be great? :pound:

It's hilarious to hear Dodgers fans talking shit when they've spent more time in the cellar than everyone else.

Combined.

Young has an OPS+ one point higher than Uribe. And he rates as a terrible defender. But, hey, intangibles.

Yeah, you guys will have so much intangibles with him on your team you'll be a lock for the World Series.

I think we're warranted to "Talk Shit" considering our position right now

But regardless, I was just messing with you

Wow... 15 road games in a row!

That's awesome, no matter what the opposing fans say. Time to start another 15+ streak now!

hehe

What surprises me about that division is not that the Dodgers lead, that's what I had in my pre season picks, but it's the Giants pitching falling to pieces.. I didn't have that one on the radar anyplace. On a footnote to the rest of the seaso, the one non contender not to take for granted over there is the Padres-- they have had alot of bad luck this season, but they also have alot of people over there who can hurt you, that, and I expect Kennedy to pitch like an ace for the Padres.. he is a very capable pitcher who slings it pretty good when looked upon as 'the man' AND don't fall behind them from the 7th on.. they have the best late pen in that division. Where did I have SD from the beginning?? 80-82. PS.. it sucks trying to score runs in Petc 0

Our GM Josh Byrnes is slowly fucking things up and the best pen since 2005 is slowly breaking up and the last real piece we have left is Luke Gregerson and Byrnes has been dangling him out there too. We're paying $16.5M to Quentin and Street but signing the likes of Ronny Cedeno and Pedro Ciriaco while giving the Dodgers our best catching prospect in John Baker. Literally gave him away and didn't even get any bats, balls or Gatorade.

That said, our starting rotation next season will be the best in the division. I'm not sure we're supposed to be telling anyone that, but there, I said it. The fans have been supportive this season and I think next season is crucial to Bud Black and Josh Byrnes staying here. If we falter before the ASG, heads will roll. Eventually you have to win and all indications are that next season the Padres will win.

No shock there.. the Padres are of of those things that the sticker refers to when it says "objects are closer than they appear in the mirror" If that GM would leave things alone and let people develop, then the Padres might go someplace and be a contender, otherwise.. well, I'm sure you understand the 'otherwise'

Hammer, Lisa asked me who scares me the worst, if I'm down a run in the 8th, and I said jt would be the San Diego Padres in Petco. You know I'm telling the truth if I say that teams are dead in that situation.

LOL Flablo Sandofat's weight is now 50 lbs higher than his batting average. In the six-hole now and destined to DH for the Royals before the trade deadline next season. Hell, I wouldn't be too terribly shocked to see the Giants put him on waivers if there was a real chance someone would take him.

The Giants leadoff batters are 6-70 since the All-Star Break. :wtf:

Give me a week to get ready and I could get 6 hits in 70 ABs.

So Puig has 11 walks in his last 12 games...i'm still waiting to see the major regression people were predicting.

He did regress for a couple of games, then he adjusted just as fast as the pitchers did.
