"Kid" is gonna be 28 to start next season and playing for a new contract. His value will never be higher than it is now.

If the Bruins are serious about going in a different direction they need to maximize their current assets and you'll never maximize Marchand more than you can right now.

I could be wrong but I think the fact that Marchand has the most punchable face in the league hurts his trade value.
