So it is projecting for the upcoming season. Not that it matters too much either way. I still wonder about Brees, the way he finished last season and if he's at the end.

Yes exactly what they did for 18 and what they project for 19. I agree he kinda fell of the second half of the season, but considering what he has accomplished his entire career and falling 2nd in a few MVP votes, didn't mind. The 3 analysts after the game on NFLN all had Brady at #2 while I thought it should have been Mahomes

I wouldn't say 'great' hands. He dropped a few passes, especially early in the season, Other than that, the rest of his game is A/A+.

Normally, that’s a pretty good ranking, which is based off of votes from NFL players. But for Brady, who had never landed outside the top four since the NFL Top 100 first started airing on NFL Network in 2011, sixth-best represents a step backward.
Brady finished as the league’s No. 1 player in the past two seasons and dropped , finishing at the third-best quarterback in the poll behind MVP Patrick Mahomes (No. 4) and Drew Brees (No. 2).

Defensive tackle Aaron Donald, who Brady faced in Super Bowl LIII, finished at the No. 1 player.

Brady was one of four Patriots players featured in the 2019 NFL Top 100, along with wide receiver Julian Edelman (No. 90), safety Devin McCourty (No. 89), and cornerback Stephon Gilmore (No. 22).

Here’s the full top 10 as revealed Wednesday:

10. Von Miller, LB, Denver Broncos

9. Julio Jones, WR, Atlanta Falcons

8. Aaron Rodgers, QB, Green Bay Packers

7. Antonio Brown, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers (not on Oakland Raiders)

6. Tom Brady, QB, New England Patriots

5. Todd Gurley, RB, Los Angeles rams

4. Patrick Mahomes, QB, Kansas City Chiefs

3. Khalil Mack, LB, Chicago Bears

2. Drew Brees, QB, New Orleans Saints

1. Aaron Donald, DT, Los Angeles Rams

Brady, who turns 42 on Aug. 3, was the oldest player featured on the list. He’s set to enter the 2019 season as the oldest position player in the NFL.

Top 10 NFL players of 2019? I'm here to correct the record!

Brady has so many intangibles. He can literally pull a rabbit out of his ass. He could throw 5 td's vs. 30 interceptions and the Pats would still find a way to win, get to the Super Bowl and Brady would find a way to become MVP.
Fake list, where is Dalton?

This list is so dumb

Khalil Mack, had 12.5 sacks and 47 combined tackles... Ranked 3rd

Chandler Jones had 13 sacks, and 49 combined tackles... Not in the top 100

Jones was on the worst team in the league with little to no support and still put up numbers while Mack played on one of the best defenses in the league with all kinds of support and he is #3.

It's a popularity contest. Nothing more.

Chandler was one of the worst omissions. Another was DeForest Buckner. The dude was arguably the best DT outside of Donald last year, and he also didn't crack the top 100. Perhaps an even worse snub was Quenton Nelson. I don't give a shit if he's a rookie or not.....he was a 1st team All Pro.

Never bothered with these rankings. Couldn't care less. Rankings don't win games or super bowls. I am sure if the Pats win the Super Bowl no one is going to care where Brady is ranked.

Mahomes had a very good year last year but I want to see him play elite for another year or 2 before I make him #4 in the NFL.
