A person usually doesn't pay a fine or penalty, if they think they are innocent. They go to court "before" they paid the fine!!

people dont' get this they are in labor court ! brady is guilty labor court will not find him innocent . if they do the judge has over stepped his job .

Well you said rule changes and the holding of the receivers was changed due to Polian/Manning because of our secondary( Law) so your partially right there

Thanks, didn't remember where that rule rulling came from.
It will be interesting if a person with the time would compile a list of where all these rules come from.

Yes he did ... and the NFL punishment was not reasonable. Brady does not have to turn his cell phone over (unless there's a warrant). There could be self incriminating evidence on that phone that may not be the NFL's business. Maybe he was involved in the Aaron Hernandez case or maybe there are naked pictures of Gisele on his phone. Doesn't matter this is an easy 4th or 5th amendment case. Either way, too much attention has been paid to this case.
