I believe him to be a good leader of men just as he was in Carolina and Washington. As for becoming a DC at this point in his career, not so sure. Harris had an opportunity to hire him into the FO as he would have done very well in an organizational relations role imo.

At this point I don't think I could hire Ron to run my defense. We were 32nd. I hate it for him. Coming here and working for Dan does this.

Seems to me that you root for the uniform color not skin color. Why are so many upset in Washington .... it was what Dan and Ron did to the team legacy.
Kudos to CJ, I think a lot of people (me included) is rooting for him because we like to see talented players in the league. Good on you CJ.
