It was very clear from this season that Barkley simply isn't worth what his demands are (and few RBs are), and it's highly unlikely any other team will pay him what he wants either.

So, he'll end up taking a deal with another team that's as good as or lesser than what the Giants will offer b/c his ego won't let him resign with NY for "their" offer, but he'll take "their" offer from someone else. We'll see. If Barkley is smart, he'll move to a team that will showcase him in the running and passing game on a team that has other realistic offensive options on a short term deal so he can pump up (or keep up) his value. It certainly doesn't help him that the Raiders RB Jacobs is out there in FA the same time he is.
