Shane i'm not mad, just saying we might wanna look at the teams closer if we do this kind of draft again.

It was hard ranking them. But the 49ers, Cowboys, Steelers and Packers are all fair combos IMO

if you get the best you should get the worst too.

Now I still feel like we should have picked our swcond franchise in round 2

I think the Vikings and Rams fit into that group more than the Packers and maybe even the 49ers too.

Yes, he actually did, when you only have a few top guys you can't risk losing them. I have even fewer top guys for the Texans, normally I wouldn't take Andre Johnson before round 12

Yeah well if we did draft where you cant steal then the Cowboys, Pack, 9ers and Steelers have much more talent as a whole. You can select 8 players easy on most franchises you cant. But we should do another one of these sometime and think it out more. With this kind of draft where you limit everyones options it most likely wont be fair any way you do it.

What the rule should have been was 1960-2000

no players pre 1960 can be taken at ALL

Post 2000 players can ONLY be taken by franchise....


This would have solved ALL problems

That would have solved some of the problems not all of them. I think what Shane said earlier would have solved all the problems, picking both teams round 1 and round 2...

well, i think part of the charm of this draft is the (steel)ing of players... so a top franchise would have A lot of players to steal from, which makes them more of a gamble...
