also, when False start on the OL, then ball is always dead.

Only time play continues as a "Free Play" is when the DL guy jumps offsides (neutral zone infraction, bs) and does NOT touch, contact an OL. If there is another scenario, someone in here will help us.
I cannot think of another offside penalty when it is a "Free Play,"

They talked about it at the beginning of the year being a new emphasis area. It is more if it might lead to an easy shot at the qb.
