why??? if we have to choose then we should all use the same defense formation too... and we should not be punished by using players who never played in a certain defense...

How about we just say 6 skill position guys plus a QB and OL? 2 RB, TE, 3 WR or 1 RB, 2 TE, 3 WR or 1 RB, 1 TE, 4 WR.....that's would actually make teams need to draft a balanced defense. Drafting 5 great DB's and a couple of pass rushers would be great against wide open teams, but you'd better have DT's and an MLB against a 2TE, blocking back team

Why? Using a 4-3 instead of a 3-4 does not give anyone an advantage. Teams who draft a blocking fullback don't get the same love as someone who drafts 2 running backs.

I do however like the idea of just opening the offense up by changing the skill position requirements .

You will draft any combo you want of your 6 skill players (RB,FB,WR,TE)

Oh and if you draft an OLB and try to play him at DE that will hurt you when I vote, and I will bring it to everyone's attention, if you don't wanna downgrade someone because of it don't.
