A group of teams with similar histories of talented players will be in a bucket and you can only take a player from that bucket. With 22 players I imagine it will be 2 players per bucket this time. For basketball we did 1 player.
For example. Lakers, Bulls, celts were bucket 1 for NBA.

Each bucket will have 4 teams in it, you are only allowed to select 3 players per bucket.
EX... Bucket one has 49ers, Cowboys, Bears, Packers. You can only make 3 selections from this bucket.
BUT you are allowed to trade buckets with others in the draft but once you draft a player that player can no lnoger be traded.
