I'm sure you work out with weights more than I do which would explin the extra muscle weight, I have been trying to do more cardio, although I still work out with weights its not nearly what I used to do. Still in pretty good shape for an old man though... lolzzz

Ha, well, I do work out, but you and I are also the same weight lol. Sad part is, at 240, I wore a size 33 jeans when I was 35. Now it's the same weight but a 38:L

If we are skipping Milk that means Ritz can make Smittys last pick, we can skip hockey until 500 is up because he is the only other one who needs an offensive lineman.

I think Mets - Rangers would have been a more fun Series to watch but Royals and Mets is good, at least no Cardinals, no Red Sox, no Tigers, no Yankees!

This is a tough series. I'm pulling Mets, but that awesome KC pen wins it in 6 IMO. What did that KC-Toronto series do for your sticks vs arms argument Nos old buddy?

Lolzzzzz. not sure I understand the question. Did the Jays have the best players of all time in their lineup? I don't remember seeing Ruth or Gehrig or Mantle in that lineup...

So who is up? Whose on 1st?

First off the royals arms suck anyways except a few relievers. Have you seen the KC offense?

2nd offense wins when the lineups are loaded. Not when Ryan goins is your 9 hitter lol.

Once Cowboy picks can someone post my last pick.

Bucket 3. The man was feared when he played. I saw many of his games where receivers refused to go up for the ball in fear of getting hit by him. He would draw a 15yd unsportsmanlike contact in the 1st QTR to drive the fear into the receivers and the rest of the game was changed. RIP Sean Taylor, you are missed.

I thought hard about taking Taylor, but was afraid many wouldn't recognize how good Taylor was because his career was cut short.
