I'm sure you work out with weights more than I do which would explin the extra muscle weight, I have been trying to do more cardio, although I still work out with weights its not nearly what I used to do. Still in pretty good shape for an old man though... lolzzz

Ha, well, I do work out, but you and I are also the same weight lol. Sad part is, at 240, I wore a size 33 jeans when I was 35. Now it's the same weight but a 38

First off the royals arms suck anyways except a few relievers. Have you seen the KC offense?

Bucket 3. The man was feared when he played. I saw many of his games where receivers refused to go up for the ball in fear of getting hit by him. He would draw a 15yd unsportsmanlike contact in the 1st QTR to drive the fear into the receivers and the rest of the game was changed. RIP Sean Taylor, you are missed.

I thought hard about taking Taylor, but was afraid many wouldn't recognize how good Taylor was because his career was cut short.
