It took a lot. But they've built as well through trades and FA as the draft. Not afraid to make bold moves to gain/lose draft picks, taking chances on guys like Miller and OBJ. This is their 2nd trip to the super bowl in the time period discussed. How many time has (say) Green Bay been during that time?

Kupp staying healthy was big, too. Guy is a real difference maker and like Donald they drafted him. I'm not convinced that their FA strategy was the best but they've made so many good moves that it doesn't matter.
