What if we make him DC? He's no slam dunk to get a HC job. My gut tells me Rod doesn't have much time left of still wanting to coach. Maybe we make the switch this year

The one knock against him is that he is a defensive guy, the hot tend nowadays is to go after offensive ''guru's'' that can develop a young QB. That said, when you look at the number of jobs out there, he is a very attractive candidate.

I agree. I know a loss to Seahawks at home is going to piss me off. There really is no excuse to lose a home playoff game and garrett has already lost a couple at home.

A successful season thus far. Keep it up. Have to like our team’s chances at home. We could even add some nice wrinkles with Austin and Irving.

Last year Irving had one of the worst concussions in NFL history. This year he has one of the worst ankle sprains of all time. The guy is not committed to football. It is quite obvious.
