I suppose that begs the question of who are the top GM's and HC's in the league and how many of them are in the NFC. In this era of FA and caps the playing field has never been more level so player acquisition and coaching are more important than ever before.

Good NFC teams: Seahawks, Niners, Cardinals, Rams(That's insane. 4 good teams in one division) Packers, Bears, Lions, Saints, Panthers, Eagles.

Good AFC teams: Broncos, Chiefs, Chargers, Bengals, Ravens, Steelers, Colts, Patriots

So the NFC has better top end teams, but then the rest of the league is pretty even minus the Jags. Its close, but the NFC is better at this point.

Like I said in the other thread, the gap between the top teams of both conferences may not be that great, but several of the worst teams in the league are all in the AFC. That can make for some cakewalk schedules for teams that have several of them on it.

The NFCBest has had all 4 teams in the super bowl over that time. And 3 out of the last 5 super bowls were represented by an different NFCBest team each time. Top to bottom, the best division in football over that time.

Dominated? Didn't they win by 3 and needed a goal line stand to hold onto the lead? Then they had to intentionally give up a safety because they couldn't make a first down to seal it.

Picking the beginning of the century as a start in 13 seasons 5 have an AFC North team playing and 4 times we win including last year. Also beating NFCW teams. Just know NFCW isn't dominant when the AFCN. Is playing.

Hard to argue with something that dumb really. The lights going out is your excuse? It was just another break, like half time. Didn't have any more advantage for one team vs the other. You still had to play defense and clearly they got tired and let SF back into it. If anything the power outage actually saved the game for you as it appeared your defense needed that extra rest. They were gassed by the end of that game.
