Jon Zimmer:

49ers' 14th NFC Championship Game will tie Cowboys for most since 1970. Steelers (15) lead AFC during that span

Crabtree will go into next week's game with 44 catches, 657 yards, and 6 TDs over the last 6 games. Averages of 7.3 catches for 109.5 yards and 1 TD/game.

Silly question, but uhm, are there any other coaches who took their team to the NFC Championship their 1st two years as a HC. Or is it just Seifert and Harbaugh?

Where would you rather play next week, at Atlanta or home vs. Seattle.

Tough call, I'd rather play Atlanta, but I also want us to play at home.

Always rather be at home, but I'm not worried about either scenario.

I think Sea at home is very doable for us.

Ahhh NFC is the kicker... Rex Ryan did in the AFC

Thanks, I forgot about sexy rexy doing that. Hopefully Harbaugh does it more like Seifert with winning one and going to the Super Bowl, instead of losing them both like the Jets did.

Would love to have another home game, but I don't see it happening. I warmed up to Seattle being a good team, but that cross country thing of going to Washington, coming back, and now flying to Atlanta is hard to deal with... I think Atlanta is going to kill the jet-lagged Seahawks.

Just glad Atlanta isn't as loud as Detroit or Seattle. Especially with that last game in Seattle.

SEA is 5-1 vs playoff teams this year....with an asterisk for GB win. I think the developing story is the NFC West is now the best division. I think Matty Ice goes down again.

Seattle is a more physical team than Altanta, just like we are a more physical team than the Pack.

I think Seattle will actually win tomorrow in a close game.

damn that sux.....

is it because NFC had the late one last yr?

I can see NFC getting the first game slot if its in ATL, but if SF is home would they get the 2nd gm time slot?

Looks like it is already set, it says the same thing on the NFL website. Maybe they could push the game times back a bit?? A 12 pm start time sounds weird for the championship game

If so, I wish we could have switched - have last years be the earlier game and this year be at night (Kaep plays at night and I'd take any alternative to last years, because maybe KW doesn't fumble? Of course, maybe Smith throws an INT... this is assuming that Kaep isn't playing last year's game in this parallel universe.)
