Hahaha...Yeah, my 'projection' was an attempt at humorously illuminating what you posted here 'meister' - the man is indeed ridonkulous!!!

I thought as much but didn't wanna jump the gun so I hastily deleted my comment, obviously not hastily enough for Deep :)

If we take 1 of 2 out of the next two games I would consider that a success and if we take 2 of 2 that's a major success.

I like our chances against TB more than DET though since as it's already been mentioned their really isn't anyone on TB that scares me not to mention it's a home game. I don't think Blount will be much of a factor as our run D is great and the only backs we do tend to struggle with are the small, quick, and shifty backs. Also it's not a speedy offense which is the offense we tend to struggle with the most.

Defensively they are a solid defense but nothing scary in that department either. So I their will be chances to score on offense but the offense always has me nervous since we've yet to really put together an entire good 4 quarters of play.

Detroit is beatable though but we're playing in their house and like it's already said they have the Megatron and their D line working in their favor. It's not to take anything away from the Lions but they are more 4-0 due to their opponents stupidity than their own play and could easily be on 2-2 on a 2 game losing streak.

Since it's coming off a bye week and it's a home game I don't see us sleeping on the Browns especially if we lose to the Lions the prior game. Harbaugh so far seems to do a good job at keeping the team focused at the task at hand and makes sure the team understands they have a lot of work to do. So the Browns game should be a win but it is football and anything can happen.

Most accurate post in this thread. Tampa doesn't have any single stud, but Freeman is smart, strong and mobile. If our rush doesn't wrap him up, he will hurt us and make plays. Blount is not a burner but he is still a tough runner with some sneaky moves (youtube his 2 hurdles from last season).

Megatron, Suh...Best in the open...I'm scared. We have to play sound and get to Stafford early and often.

Cleveland? Classic trap game if they start thinking about the bye week early...

Except for the part about Bradford being the QB for Detroit. I get what he's saying but he got Stafford and Bradford's names mixed up. Honest mistake.

Yea, I was going by the sentiment of the post. I also threw our bye-week after the Browns game though it's before. My bad there. ;)

i understand the evaluation of opponents, but it starts with the 49ers. first off don't underestimate ANYBODY come Sunday. next, reduce your own mistakes.

btw - every time i read stuff like "nobody scares me", can't help think thats what they say about the 9ers. :-)

I wonder what team fans say or think about us on their schedule?

Right now, I'm sure they view us as cream puffs unless they pay alot of attention to us. Until we make some plays on National TV, that's probably how it'll stay.

no doubt in my mind all four anticipated a "W'. despite this last win, i'm guessing Tampa Bay fans still anticipate a 'W'?

don't blame ANY of them either, we do it here and sometimes to better teams.

This is where we were hoping and predicted to be at 2 or 3 years ago. The next couple of games are huge and lets see if we can keep building on momentum!:roll:roll:
