It's raw, you donkey!
The Reds will resign Choo if he continues hitting like this. I doubt Ludwick will be there next season so Choo will slide over and make room for Das Wonderkid Hamilton.
Whatever they do, keep Choo away from center.

I really, really want Ellsbury in a Mets uniform next year. Desperately need a leadoff hitter and anything is an upgrade in the outfield at this point.
Do they have the $$ to pull it off though? The Wilpons lost a bunch in the Madoff mess, and I don't think the Mets collective checkbook has recovered enough yet for them to afford this kind of top level talent.
I could very well be wrong.

Is that you ??
I didnt expect to see you over here man ... we have a daily thread here too if you want to join us (all your old "friends" are there .... I wont let them know you made it)
Good to have you here man
Great question, I would like to believe they're in good shape. They've done an amazing job of cutting payroll the past 2 years and with a young entertaining crop coming up this year they should see an attendance spike. But I can't say for sure that they'll be spenders.
I just know they are still paying Johan Santana a lot, and now, at the moment, for NOTHING. This is a situation to follow all year, as the Mets have to eventually "show their hand" as far as their financial situation, and that will speak to which direction they are headed, both next year, and for the foreseeable future.
Indeed, it is me. And thank you for the invite. However, there was a reason I was staying away from the daily thread on CBS, and as that reason made the trek here, I will continue on and live more in threads less traveled.
bidD is in the house!!!
Well still good to have you here D ... we can probably talk some ball here it looks like !

Indeed. And hello Mr. Jets. I saw you here yesterday, but it was on this board daily thread, which I am avoiding. As the subject matter was your avatar and "whos hotter", I'm sure that was a fun time for awhile.
Still, I can't help but think of.....
"Hit me again Chris, and this time, put some STANK on it".
i just wished he liked the NFL, be nice to get all this info in that sport as well
