Our WRs have got to get over this drop thing that has plagued them all season. If they real them in the Broncos have a chance to match scores with the Patriots. Then again, the defense stands a chance to limit what the Patriots can do on offense, too.

I think the drops robbed Manning of a 300 yard game this week. They need to do better. Peyton also has $2 million extra reasons to win next week.

It's real simple. We play anything against NE like we did against Pitt and we're done.

Brady was back to his normal self Saturday carving up the Chiefs secondary. Just like most teams, they had no answer in the secondary. Just Brady begin Brady. Our front 4 has to get pressure Sunday, and PLEASE, PLEASE for the love of god don't cover Gronk with fuggin' Josh Bush. I don't care if it's 9 on 10 everywhere else on the field. Keep Marshall and Roby on Gronk's hip all day. Let Edelman catch 40 balls.

Early weather prediction looks like favorable conditions - 6 days out showing a high of 48 with a slight chance of moisture.

Brady got a good amount of yards and such, but they still should have lost that game. Chiefs offense, and Andy Reid did almost everything they could to lose that game. It worked.

Tom Brady has thrown more Tds in Denver this year than Manning
Wade needs to go back and watch the tape of pats at steelers a couple years ago
Where steelers mugged the pats receivers and dominated the game

Pats don't have the game breakers that Pittsburgh does but Brady will surgically take you apart
Denver needs 24 to have a good shot

I think this a a total mismatch coaching wise
New England lives for the post season not sure kubiak will be up to the task. BB innovates the coaching mismatches does not replicate them.

No one is giving Denver a shot and I like that. Nothing to lose at this point. It's always the divisional round that has haunted Denver and Manning.

I just wish for one time this year we could get the QB and WR's going at the same time. When the QB is off the Wr's are on. When the WR's are off the QB is on.

Let's make it work together these last two games.

^ You're right, DC. It has been painful to watch at times. The drops are...just...I've run out of expletives, really. The O-line looked pretty solid last night, too.

Much has been made about the Pats getting guys back from injury who were not available in the regular season game. Overlooked are the guys the Broncos had missing that game, plus one who suited up and took snaps but was mentally MIA and that's DT. That game was a blowout waiting to happen had DT brought in a few of those passes. The Pats cannot count on another effort like that from him. 1-13 is a once in a career bad performance. Suffice to say even if the Broncos receivers are not "on" next week, they won't be that bad again.

The drops - like hitting in baseball - are contagious.

Still for mental, emotional and physical toughness - this Bronco team is at the top of the list.

You know, seriously?.......of all the places on the field that Edelman could've been on that stupid pass play by NE at the end that bounced off Gronk. If Edelman isn't in that exact spot on the field, then Marcus Peters takes it back for 6. Would've force OT anyhow....

Broncos just have to solve the Brady puzzle this Sunday. The guy is just razor sharp locked in right now, and having Edelman backed proved big for him last week.

That too, but I was referring to early in the game where KC kept getting good breaks but couldn't punch it in the endzone. And there was an ill timed fumble by Knile Davis.

We wait all year for this. All the opinions won't matter anymore! Time to play the game.
Both teams look outstanding - and beatable.
May the best team win and the refs not be noticed.....

Oh yah....I agree KC played them about as good as they could. I still think NE looked hella sharp though, and Brady was hitting everything. Thing that bugs me the most is that they had next to no running game, which KC had obviously taken into consideration before the game, but Brady was just surgical with his shit........like always. It's virtually unstoppable. Part of me (tongue in cheek :D) want to just see us drop 8 all game, and have 2 on 1's in the secondary every time they pass the ball. Make Steven Jackson and Brandon Bolden beat us.

We may not want the best team to win. We prefer - may the home team win. ;)

Well a very underrated thing has gone in the Broncos favor most likely. The NFL announced the two head officials for the Championship games. Ed Hochuli and Bill Vinovich. Right now it is looking like Hochuli will be the head official at our game. The Broncos the last 7 games that Bill Vinovich has been the head official are 0-7. He did one Bronco game this year and that was the 15-12 loss to the Raiders where there were some very controversial calls that went against the Broncos.

Just to give the flip side of that argument on the official who is heading up the game. The Broncos are 7-0 in the last 7 games that Hochuli was the head official. I guess to me if I were the NFL I would look at some of these stats and try to figure out if there are some officials that have some bias. I mean the Broncos have lost what 7 games in the last 2 years and Vinovich has been the head official in many of those. I would say that is quite a bit of bias.
