Apparently he pretty much always votes no on about everything.

I think it was Adam Schefter who was on Columbus radio yesterday, and he was asked about Brown's vote on this. He said it's pretty common to see 31-1 or 30-2 votes, with either the only or one of the few "no" votes being Brown.

Brown is old school. He likes things the way they used to be. Can't say I blame him, there is a lot to be desired in the current NFL. Football used to be a much more pure game, and the play was much faster. Can't say I disagree here either.

I will say that replay is absolutely killing college basketball. I've been watching some games of the tourney and the last 2 minutes of games are painful..... Every out of bounds play is reviewed. It's distracting and not a lot of fun.

If this is what becomes of the last 2 minutes of an NFL game, count me out.
