Alotta great scenery & place to hike & camp around here but it's way too crowded. Not only is CU located here but Google just moved something like 1,200 employees into the area recently.

Lame. Sounds like Reno with Tesla moving here. Our price of rent went up by 35% on average. The prices of house went up as well but not as high as rentals.

I've been looking to buy a home soon but i waited too long and now it's almost ridiculous to buy here. If i would have bought 4 years ago, id be paying almost 45% less on property.

Now, that we legalized Cannabis in Nevada, i see things going even higher...don't mind the pun =)
