Navy is head and shoulders above anyone running the triple option. They give everyone a hard time, just any of the "big boys" that have tried. Ohio state was the last I can remember almost getting upset.

It was hard to think of last years team as a nc team, but that's how things worked out. We'll need help from a lot of other teams, just like last year in order to get into a bcs bowl.

there're always exceptions. i just don't normally think in terms of exceptions.

Hard to get off field on third down with the refs doing laundry. That said, they are getting no push in the middle and our LBs are out of position. I don't like the soft cushion to avoid the cut blocks, create traffic in the middle and set the edges and corners be disciplined. When they are cutting on the second level, thats a problem.

We can score at will on these guys. The problem is, is the defense going to let them hang around. Second possession by Navy suggests yes.
