No RG3 is better when he can get his head straight. Cousins is a good backup but not a legit starter in the NFL in my opinion. Maybe he does need more starting time to prove his worth but for now RG3 is the #1 and needs to get his confidence back.

Amen. 1) Shanahan shouldn't have played him in the playoff game 2) He shouldn't have started him week 1 last year either 3) Shouldn't have benched him with games remaining destroying the very limited confidence he had.
