his attitude would be a clear indication as to why he's not good at his job.

You get the occasional player who's flaws are hidden at a big school like Bama. In terms of OSU I point to a guy like Chase Young who has been shockingly mediocre as a pro (yes injuries)

But he's not a raging bust like Neal. Like damn bro...you fucking suck and it takes nerve to pop off when you're the biggest problem on the worst OL in the league.
