I'm almost starting to think about considering the possibility that USC might have a serviceable defense.

Actually I think there might be a very few teams in todays game that have anything beyond a serviceable defense anyway.

They do and SJSU and Nevada are G5 which is why I am only thinking about the possibility of considering it.

They won their early games last year against similar teams by the same type of scores. The main difference is that last year, these teams were moving the ball on them, but the defense was forcing turnovers at a ridiculous rate. This year, they've been actually stopping teams with 3 and outs. Bear Alexander has been a beast.

As I've said, I don't think they're going to be great or even good...but if they can be serviceable enough to get some stops when they need them, it could be enough to get them to the cfp.

Oline ain't helping but needs to get the ball out quicker....Not using Hill or a single snap on offense without Kamara is nasty playcalling as well
