who said it did?So losing a court case is now a crime? Hardly. Lack of evidence does not equal false accusation.

It will be interesting if Darnold wins the job, to see how Baker handles it. He doesn't seem like someone who would handle that well. If he doesn't win it, unless something drastic happens, he'll almost certainly get a shot during the season. Darnold will get reckless trying to make something happen while running for his life and Rhule will put Baker in...or the lousy o-line will get him hurt.
Either way, whoever wins the starting job, the other guy is almost certain to get a shot because of the o-line. lol
LOL
I am pretty sure thats @Wamu dad on the night of his conception. From the angle we cant see the shamrock tatoo on his ass
I kid I kid.
I don't think BM would handle it well at all if doesn't win the job.
And the Panthers haven't made any indications yet that BM is their starter that I'm aware of. Both QB's should be very motivated to get the job.
Does anyone know BM's timeline to full return from surgery? Not sure if that will factor into things at the start of the season.
They have.Seems to me that if someone makes a false accusation, they've made themselves a criminal.
As someone that watched every college game he played I’ll say I would be shocked if Mayfield doesn’t win the job. His entire game is based on having a back against the wall attitude. He has more talent than Darnold anyway, but I see no way he loses an honest competition after all he has been through.
I’ve been pretty clear on where my concern is. The deck is already stacked against women who are victims getting justice. Placing more of an emphasis on investigating false claims with threats of action taken is one more layer added to the calculus that already has 2 out of every 3 victims of sexual assault not coming forward as it is. I don’t want to make bad worse. If it's not an issue at all why so up in arms about it? If someone is so concerned about being brought up for lying about a r*pe there's a simple solution. Don't lie about a r*pe.
They improved their OL significantly during the offseason.Remember when we were talking about Darnold and Baker and I mentioned how bad Darnold has had things?
I just heard that the Panthers had the 2nd worst o-line in the NFL last year. The Panthers may need both Darnold and Baker because that o-line is gonna get someone killed. lol

It’s actually pretty typical of political memes. Memes take complex issues with layers of nuance and reduce it to 7-15 words so the dumbest among us can wrap their heads around something. It’s how the stupid make believe that they’re participating in our process. Yes. I am a proud elitist. Alexander Hamilton is my favorite of the Founding Fathers because that guy knew that the masses are fucking retarded and it’s dangerous to give them too much say in any political process.Holy shit, I set off a bombshell with that apparently controversial meme.
Just scrolling through the comments.
I hope @trojanfan12 has learned from the error of his ways.I've heard of a butt trumpet, but not a butt French horn, lol.
Lie detector test. How would that be determined?
If you are not lying why would you be worried about an investigation? Just like it's difficult to prove a r*pe what makes you think he would not be equally difficult or more so to prove one lied about an accusation.I’ve been pretty clear on where my concern is. Nope. I refuse to. The numbers show a huge blind spot in our system. The fact of the matter is that r*pe and sexual assault are under reported, under prosecuted and has a horrible conviction rate despite the fact that 95% plus of women who come forward aren’t full of shit. That’s all evidence of a huge problem. You have to get past the numbers and realize that every case is different and shouid be treated as such.
Brian Banks was a classic example of a guy getting the shaft. The same way it would be determined if the accused was guilty. You said the problem is that these are he said/she said situations. That goes both ways.
Google Brian Banks. He was a standout high school football player who had accepted a scholarship to USC. He wad accused and convicted of raping Wanetta Gibson. He spent 6 years in prison and 5 years on parole.
His conviction was overturned in 2012 when she confessed that she fabricated the whole thing.
To my knowledge, the only punishment she received was from the Long Beach Unified School District suing her because Gibson and her mother had sued them back when she made he accusation.
So a young man lost a scholarship and possible NFL career because of a false accusation and the accuser was never even charged with so much as filing a false police report.
I get that women need to be encouraged to report r*pe, etc. but that doesn't mean a woman who makes a false accusation shouldn't face consequences.

Grow up.Wish you had the same energy for all of the victims of r*pe in America who never get justice. You’re worried about the car lacking fancy rims. You’re ignoring the broken engine. Your idea is going to have the unintended consequences of making a bad situation worse for victims.
You’re seeing my concern come to fruition now in the abortion debate. Poorly worded trigger laws are leaving people in the wind. Unclear wording creates a layer of concern in whether or not a pregnant cancer patient can receive life extending or life saving chemotherapy. That was never the intent of these laws but all the same, people are likely to be caught in the cross hairs. My fear is what keeps a person from beating the wrap in court and then with that acquittal taking it to push an investigation of the accuser? That makes bad worse. If you are not lying why would you be worried about an investigation? Just like it's difficult to prove a r*pe what makes you think he would not be equally difficult or more so to prove one lied about an accusation.
He won't. He'll win it and so begins Sam's career as a backup. As someone that watched every college game he played I’ll say I would be shocked if Mayfield doesn’t win the job.
