I don't think it was a coincidence that Mayfield's numbers improved after he got injured last season. And I'm not saying he can't play, he can. But OBJ & Mayfield seem like a bad fit.
saw this tweet from a Browns' reporter and he's spot on (not sure what tweets he deleted. Can they salvage it? I have my doubts at this point....

Yep. Without OBJ in Stefanski's system Baker has been great, nothing short of it. I know it wouldn't be an easy decision but you have to do what is best for your QB and the TEAM. Cut him. The next two years (22 & 23) there would be no dead cap so it would be around $9M for the rest of this year, I think. He isn't productive and honestly a negative at this point if he is dropping timely passes and he isn't a good blocker.
while I agree with you I have heard many say he has been a really good blocker....not enough to keep him around if better off without him, though.

The stats are pretty clear.

But people got to stop with the trade talk.

Mediocre players making OBJ money in the NFL don’t get traded. They get cut.

In OBJ were an NBA player with a fully guaranteed deal, the team would have to attach multiple picks to move him.
Yep.....and just not sure if it makes sense to cut him at this point. Not saying not an option but WRs a little thin, especially if Landry goes down again. The offseason? He gone.

Heard a story today that this service is why Plaxico Burress shot himself. Apparently, Steve Smith of the Carolina Panthers used the service and the driver pulled a gun on him and stole his chain. So Plaxico left that famous night strapped because he had heard the story and wanted to be armed in case shit went down. Crazy.

Makes sense that that could happen. But that was before uber.

I won't pretend I haven't made the same kind of mistake but I definitely wasn't worth millions and knowing my state took it easy on the wheel. No excuse for it regardless but blazing down a road near the strip drunk as hell just hits a whole other level of stupid

For a totally different side of the discussion I can see his lawyer bringing up recall history on the Rav 4. I thought it was crazy the car would burst into flames seemingly so quickly. The Rav 4 apparently has history on this.

But other factors would be was he knocked out? If not why would he not attempt to help her if he didn't? That would be an entire other level of culpability in my mind. Cars don't generally just explode

Well that would be him getting out of the car looking at the fire.

No bueno
