but he fumbled and they lost.

Exactly. That's why they lost...not injuries.

I was gonna talk some crap to because I said they could go 2-1 over the 3 games before the bye week and counted last night as one of the games. I was told the Steelers were too good. Damn Geno. lol

So talent differential on the field isn't a factor? They didn't play well enough because they were missing their top 5 player at the most important position in the game. Again, semantics.

They weren't good enough and didn't make the plays that were there to be made. That was the factor.

Everyone has legit injuries. There are teams that have it worse than the Browns that won and they didn't have the depth the Browns have.

Okay exactly which teams are you talking about this season? And were they missing their starting rb, both T's & a # 2 wr? And were they missing two dt's, a cb and a lb on the defensive side of the ball? Yes the Browns have depth. But that's a lot to be missing on both sides of the ball for a game.

cool.....add another OT, his backup and 2 RBs and WRs and you're there.
Ok. I think you guys need a refresher on how this works. Injuries in football are a part of life. We’re not taking about one game. We’re talking about a 3-3 start. Injuries are nothing but an excuse.

who had it worse than the Browns yesterday as far as injuries before and then during game who beat a team on level of AZ?

top OTs and their backup, top 2 RBs, top 2 WRs (5 of them for the entire game, 2 for some of game) all but tackle are pro bowl level and one who is not was all rookie offense.

I can agree D didn't have much excuse and Baker's INT entirely on him (fumbles mostly on him).

There's an obvious reason why they weren't good enough.

So Alabama decides to play an exhibition game against the Lions. Lions win 66-0. No excuses!

what we are talking about was all the guys missing in one game, me asking who suffered same amount as was mentioned, you mentioning Philly who were about 4 players short of that in the game you mentioned.

No one mentioned this amount of injuries for the other 5 games.

do try and keep up.

It wasn’t a single game though. The Eagles were missing around 7-8 key contributors. They did something with a back up QB that the Cleveland Browns will never do even when healthy. It’s pretty clear that the Cleveland Browns are the most disappointing team in the NFL this year relative to expectations.

15 players on IR for the Cowboys and Ravens
The Ravens are a great add. They lost a ton of talent and depth before the season even began and they’re 5-1 and a top that division. Injuries are excuses. They’re a part of the game.

Get your ass kicked by 23 and try to blame injuries lol
Didn’t the Cardinals play without the heart and soul of their defense yesterday in Chandler Jones? And yet they were still able to go on the road and hold the Browns to 14 points. Yep. Injuries are a part of life in the NFL.

I mean, KC is 3-3 and Miami was looking for playoffs and are 1-5....Browns in discussion, though. Guess that's better than having no shot to be relevant which was what we are used to here.

They were missing their head coach too.

The Super Bowl loser’s hangover in the NFL is a well-documented phenomenon. Who bought into Miami? I would call that person a fool. Their QB position is poor even with a healthy Tua.
