Reminds of my team years ago where I needed to scour the wire for backs and won my league cause Corey Dillon got in a car accident and Rudi Johnson went off
That’s what I’m banking on haha.

He said since you've been alive OR EVER.

I was not going for anything.....bro.

Oh I’m just having some fun with you since your answer is basically a dude who invented the forward pass ;)

Not sure if true but I’ve read recently that Watson is really struggling to understand Stefanski’s system. Rumor is that in Houston Bill O’Brien saw that Watson was slow to pick up on the nuances of his scheme so he assimilated to run what Watson ran at Clemson.
The Browns should do that then since they paid him a ton of guaranteed money.

He literally just won coach of the year and got an extension lol.
And you should know as well as I do....that means jackshit. Coaches get fired if they underperform, even after recently getting those accolades and contracts,

Easier to fire the coach than the players, especially since Watson makes a lot more than Stefanski.

The Eagles going to show up soon?
So weird. This is the price we pay for 17 games and the league turning to starters don’t play preseason. Yuck. This is not entertaining.

I’m screaming about their run fits and watching high school mistakes in giving up the edge. They get right back in the game and then give up a long drive and 6.

Yep, warm but not hot. There is a difference.

But, let's say they go 8-9 or 9-8 in the very difficult AFC North. And miss the playoffs. You're saying their is no chance he gets fired? C'mon.

Welp, the Barkley addition has already paid off....

1 rushing TD and 1 receiving TD.

Not sure if true but I’ve read recently that Watson is really struggling to understand Stefanski’s system. Rumor is that in Houston Bill O’Brien saw that Watson was slow to pick up on the nuances of his scheme so he assimilated to run what Watson ran at Clemson. The more time goes on, it seems like the Texans really pulled one over on the league being able to get what they did for a guy who may not be able to play the position in an ideal way AND is a garbage citizen.

I’ll eat my crow here. At one time before Hurts had his break out 2022 season I was lobbying for the Eagles to do what the Browns did and trade for Watson. Really glad in hindsight that never came to fruition.
for some reason Stefanski was having Watson run a west coast offense- and it really wasnt to his strength- Stefanski loves short passes, 2 tight ends, QB under center

its why they built a new offense this off season- hopefully it makes a difference

however- Watson did have some good moments last year before he got hurt-- as soon as he was starting to shake some rust off he got hurt again.

I was on record that I didnt like the trade when it happened- but the cow has been milked- I hope the new offense works for Watson--- especially because the rest of the roster is plenty good to win a lot of games. The defense especially.
