I agree
He will do it with his head high and not apologize.Live by the sword die by the sword. Part of being Dan Campbell is you have to go to that press conference and defend it.
Probably, but still...He will do it with his head high and not apologize.
Field goals were never winning this game anywayProbably, but still...
Yup. Kick in the ball bag for sure for those guys...Yep you live with it. You live with your coach making stupid decisions. Great, young talented team but no guarantee they will ever get to this game again. Blown opportunity. I feel sick for Lions fans
Yeah but there was no need to add in the little comment you made about it not being a great ball
Immediately he nailed what a great job Niners staff did on 4th down with disguise to dupe the Lions into running a man play vs zone. That’s why you have a color guy on the telecast.I agree

And as someone pointed out earlier, those chances to go to the big dance don't exactly grow on trees...Don't agree with the call, but...it's who they are and what they do and it got them to the CCG.
So, something to be said for sticking with who you are and living with the consequences.
Unfortunately, the consequence this time is not getting to the Super Bowl.
Hope he learns from it. This isn’t me saying he needs to change how he coaches and his aggressiveness but think about the circumstance. Don’t just go for it bc it’s who you are.Don't agree with the call, but...it's who they are and what they do and it got them to the CCG.

Definitely and that will be the message. Hindsight is 20/20 but if anything Campbell will say he wishes he had gone for it from the 4 in the first half.Don't agree with the call, but...it's who they are and what they do and it got them to the CCG.
