Man, quit dogging my team...:mad2:

Seriously though. There's definitely gotta be some changes during the off-season coming up. If the KC brain trust has any actual brains MVS and Toney will be flipping burgers at Sonic's this time next year...

No, I did not say that.

I said it wasn’t a real “playoff”.

Big difference.

I said nothing about the title or the team who won it. You went there. Not me.
Fair enough...my apologies.

Curious what makes something a playoff as opposed to not?

We’re only here because RainMan is the only dude in the world who takes it literally when someone says “suck my dick” haha.
actually we are here because you wanted your dick sucked by a man because you were getting smacked around in a sports discussion. again.....you were not able to make your points with anything factual.

% of cap on IR by team. I didn't realize Buffalo had so many injuries, at least IR related. I would like to see a breakdown by starters too.

A team like Houston has 22 guys on IR but it only makes up $26M tells me most guys are bench warmers.

Add one of the best safeties in the NFL this year to the list.
Delpit to IR :L

I'd prefer still talking about the AFC clearly being better than the NFC but someone didn't seem to like where that was going.
Honestly, I have to agree that the AFC is still slightly better, but not greatly so obviously. Even the logic( for lack of a better word) of the victory of Philly over KC the margin was minimal. One play changes the narrative. Wasn't like they got dominated...

Just sayin'...

Because of the QB injuries in the AFC I can agree while clearly better it's not by a huge margin right now.

Not even sure how much Philly/KC matters as just 2 teams and 1 game. I mean, the Browns and Cinci beat SF.

Curious what makes something a playoff as opposed to not?

Imo, number of participants is a big part of it. Not in the sense of just throwing a bunch of teams in, but bot leaving deserving teams out.

Using the cfp as an example...there were 5 P5 conferences, but only 4 spots. It guaranteed that there would always be at least 1 P5 conference champ left out.

If conference championships are supposed mean something, you can't really be excluding them from a playoff.

Ironically, with the

PAC blowing apart, a 4 team cfp would actually work a little better starting next year. lol

I mean, I can agree what they had was not ideal but IMO it's still a playoff. I just wish they would have made set rules. at least some.

it definitely is....of course having Watson, Burrows, Rodgers all hurt - and now Herbert does not help things.

The NFC North and South are just so bad--- and even the East has 2 bad teams- and the West has the Cardinals who are really bad.

There really are not that many bad teams in the AFC. You put the Colts or Broncos in the NFC South and they each prob. have 8-9 wins.
