I did weights twice today and ran twice today. To say I’m tired is an understatement
You don’t want to overwork your muscles. Recovery is important. As long as you do different body parts this is fine but I would not do this lol. As far as running, you run a lot so I’m sure you can deal with it

No, rest is good. I mean there are many different routines but I work two body parts a day. So usually I will end working every body part twice a week.
For example:
Mon - Biceps-Back
Tues - triceps-shoulders
Wed - chest-legs
Thurs - back-shoulders
Fri - biceps-triceps

I will run around 3-4 days a week now but I try to at least get 30 mins cardio every day which is usually pretty easy even with a desk job.
I don’t know your routine as far as heavy or light weight, reps, sets, etc. but no need to work biceps every day.
