So they wouldn’t shift on Brett.

If anything it's Exhibit A for why paying fans should not get the benefit of the doubt.

In this instance players got hosed 100%. All players were in the locker room for halftime but their game got postponed simply because fans were jackasses.

I still follow the Dodgers, but I don't follow baseball as a whole as much as I used to.

Seems like anymore it's hit a home run or strikeout. Not a lot in between. Not much strategy anymore.

I can admit I'm a fair weather baseball fan. Will never watch a game if I don't care who wins and usually only care if it's the Tribe and they are at least decent.

Baseball has always been 3rd for me. But along with the Dodgers, I would watch the Cubs and certain rival games like Yankees and Red Sox. I also always watched the playoffs.

Don't watch near as much as I used to.

He’s only 19! I honestly get a little worried when kids are anointed before doing anything. 75% of the time they don’t work out. They’re talking about him being in the rotation this year. Crazy. He turns 20 in a few months. This would be a big departure from the traditional Phillies with young players. They usually keep them down on the farm too long. That hurt Utley and Howard when it came to HOF candidates. They wasted good years in the minors.

The Griffith brawl in 2015 made national news. Obviously I did not attend that one and that one involved players. It did come to mind though when last night's incident unfolded.

As Rick Carlisle once alluded to, something like that is ten times worse in person than on TV or behind a computer screen. Survival instincts kick in...

Just saw this, I didn't get to see the Lewis fight, but I think his best days are behind him unfortunately.

Conor vs Chandler is a promoter's dream. I'll actually look forward to watching TUF. That's a match up that can save that show.

But come fight time, Chandler will rag doll Conor.
