I was very impressed with Heinicke’s poise. He has got some spunk.

I doubt he is a viable starter long term, but I hope they keep him around. He has earned a permanent spot in that QB room going forward.

You and me both. The Seahawks have got to do something about that o-line. There is absolutely no excuse for the Rams being able to generate that kind of pressure only rushing 4. I didn't catch the stats for the 2nd half, but in the first half, they said that the Rams only brought extra rushers twice. Yet, they were able to sack Wilson 2 or 3 times and knocked him down several more times.

so now they are starting some guy that hasnt gotten a snap all year that I have never heard of for the first time against that Steelers defense. Thats not going to be good for business.

It's definitely not. But he still needs to find a way to play well. They should be able to come up with some to help the mystery guard and while he doesn't appear to be as athletic as was thought when he was drafted, he's still plenty athletic enough to be able to help himself some by moving in the pocket and rolling away from the pressure when the replacement guard struggles.

It’s not excuses, it’s reality. Not one team has more covid issues thsn the Browns but I get it, it happens. Having the head coach out it huge, the only coach out for the playoffs. The Steelers would have been favored if the Browns were 100% healthy. I just wish it was different for the first time in 18 years. If they lose, they still lose. Like I said, it would almost take a miracle vs the #1 defense in the nfl

It's also an opportunity for them to show how much they've grown and learned. It's also an opportunity for Baker to step up and show what kind of leader he is.

I wish it was different too. I think it sucks that after all this time, they get to the playoffs and this shit all starts happening to them. But imagine the story if they pull it off.

I wouldn't be so quick to write them off because of the defense. The Steelers haven't exactly been a juggernaut the past few weeks. The Steelers should win the game, even if the Browns were 100%...but if I were a Steelers fan, I'd be worried. Especially if the Browns take a "Fuck it, were gonna just go out there with no pressure and see what happens" attitude.

Nothing we can do, honestly could care less about the critics. Baker loves adversity but if he has no time he isnt Lamar Jackson. All odds are stacked against them but either way it was a great season to watch and the future is bright.
