They would have to give up Love to match salary.

But, they would have Paul's Bird rights.

So, they could max him, unfortunately.

...or they would have to convince the Pacers to take dreck like JR Smith and or Shumpert in a package padded with late 1st round draft picks. Can't see it happening.

The Knicks would take him in a heartbeat.

Probably Blazers, Bucks, Celtics too.

So, do you think my idea of Bradley/Crowder/Zeller could get that done? I would think the Celtics would be fine with it, especially if they are getting Hayward in free agency. IT/Fultz/Hayward/Love/Horford sounds like a potential #1 seed again.

Bradley helps with the perimeter defense issue, as does Crowder if at the SF. Bradley provides another play maker as a scoring PG, could play together with Kyrie in the backcourt. Crowder could back up Lebron at the 3 and play small ball 4. Zeller gives them a rim protector that can run in transition.

I saw him run the length of the floor and make the greatest defensive play in the entire history of the NBA finals.

The Dude is averaging 32/12/10 versus the greatest team arguably assembled while shooting 55%.

His playoff PER is freaking 30.
In fact, he is averaging a PER of nearly 31 for the last 5 consecutive playoffs in long sample sizes.

Nobody has ever even came close to this level of all around playoff excellence at age 32.
He will clearly retire as the highest rated playoff performer of all fucking time.

Kobe never touched higher than 25 PER ever in the playoffs for comparison.
What more can he do??

What part of any of this indicates Lebron has made game-winning shots late in big games?

You are correct.

Career 3 point %:

Allen: 40.0%
Korver: 43.1%

Allen's highest single season 3 point percentage was 45.3%. Korver's is 53.6%. Korver has 5 seasons better than Allen's best, including this one.

In other words, one could make a pretty strong case for Korver being better. At least when it comes to catching and shooting.

Career 3 point %, playoffs:

Allen: 40.1%
Korver: 38.5%

Career 3 point %, finals:

Allen: 38%
Korver: 25.0%

I would do it.

But, maybe Replace Zeller since the Cavs already did that dance.

I'd try to get the Celtics to eat JR or Shump too.

First of all, it ain't happening.

Second, if it were to happen, I've already said, I would look at him the same way I do Kobe. I never liked Kobe, but I appreciate all of the wins, great moments and 5 titles the Lakers likely wouldn't have without him.
And 3rd of all, I don't want him. Lebron will be 34 and we've seen how the older superteam works out for the Lakers. If we got Lebron, we'd be good enough to get to the wcf and LOSE to a younger Golden St team. Then after the older superteam falls apart, we'll most likely end up rebuilding again

Not much different than Trump (not endorsing Trump)

People that hate him will never be swayed by any action he ever performs for this country

He could say "No more Taxes", and people that hate him will find a reason he still sucks
Just like some people felt and still feel about Obama. There is enough hatred to go around.

Yeah, I don't think it's any secret that I can't stand Chris Paul.

Ditto for you with Kobe.

As a sidenote, what the hell was Curry doing there? Really strange, but not disrespectful or anything to care about.

Sometimes when it's hot my balls will stick to my legs and I'll do a move like that just to get some separation. Possibility.
