It’s a change, usually the W’s get them but really FT’s are even so that point is mute

I usually root AGAINST the dubs so I know what you are talking about, they do get most of the calls.

GSW are 7-7 in 14 finals games without Durant

GSW are 8-1 in 9 finals games with Durant

The narrative we heard all week long about KD is going to radically change in the next 48 hours.

Well we'll see what this looks like in game 2 then now that he has Green's attention.

If it took a game like this to get his "attention" then they did a poor job of scouting/watching film leading up to this series.

Dude scored 20+ in 5 of the 7 games in that 2nd round series vs Philly

Had 24+ in 3 of the 5 games in round 1.

What the fuck were the Warriors doing/watching if they needed Siakam to go off on them to know he is a damn good player?

The casual NBA fan knows how good Siakam been this season.

Let's stop with the BS excuse acting like the Warriors coaches/players didn't know what to expect from Siakam

It is lame

You can't include the ones where he wasn't even on the fucking roster.

What's their record in the finals without Oscar Robertson on their roster?

How about Finals record without Curry or Barry?

Every expert on the entire planet did when they kept telling us that the Warriors already WON SO OFTEN without him before.

That was the whole foundation of suggesting Durant was unecessary.

If you have turned on a TV set one time in the last 10 days, that is literally the basis of every expert argument against KD.

The Warriors and their staff are experienced enough to have done their homework. It’s the execution that was definitely lacking.

The Warriors did their job ultimately in containing Kawhi but in the process they let the role players get off. That’s unacceptable.

Few (glaringly obvious) observations was that their defense and rotations were terrible. Jordan Bell has no business being out there. Dude is always lost on defense. Looney needs to be playing 34-36 minutes a game. Not even joking. Also Kerr needs to shorten the rotation. 11 deep is not gonna cut it. With the amount of rest time between games Steph, Klay and Draymond need to be around 38 minutes a game. Then you fill the rest of the time with Boogie, Cook, Mckinnie and Livingston.

I have this series going 6 and definitely expected the Raptors to take a game at home. We will have to see what adjustments are made by Kerr and his staff.

Doesn't sound like an expert opinion if they're applying revisionist history.

It wouldn't have mattered if Durant were out there tonight. They were going to lose. Green played like fucking shit and Klay looked like a decent 6th man.

KDs biggest contributions to the Warriors have always been in the finals. It’s where the Warriors have been fallible in the past. Everyone is gonna need to step it up.

Difference in this game were the turnovers and Raptors knocking down shots. Iguodala missed all of his jumpers. Siakam couldn't miss. Warriors did get more rebounds, so they're doing enough to battle and give themselves chances, but Raptors converted better and the Warriors threw too many away.

I still don’t expect this to be much of a series. I’m pleasantly surprised about the game 1 result tho.

Durant probably won’t play game 2 so maybe there is still hope for the raptors. I doubt it tho.

He’s just awful. Has one of the lowest bball IQs on the Warriors in the last 7-8 years. That’s including Swaggy and Javale.

Yeah I'm pretty they did . It was just certain people on here acting like the Warriors didn't know Siakam can ball lol

Yeah I was stunned to see him in the starting lineup. Was expecting Looney or even Bogut.

I mean Siakam is only one of the finalist for most improved player in the NBA. If the scouts missed that then they should all be fired immediately lol.

Definitely not experts, but just media people who want to see Durant leave. Of course, the Warriors are better with KD. The Warriors are not as good any time one of their stars are out, whether it be KD, Steph, Klay, or Dray.
