Unless KD is suddenly 100% healthy, no it would not.

The equivalent is the Warriors 73-9 team getting swept by Houston in round 1 instead of blowing a 3-1 lead in the Final.

Not even close to the biggest upset even in the 2000's.
Pre-series the odds are Warriors -275 and Raptors about +210 or so, those odds were a little worse than the Cavs odds (+180) in 2016 but as far as other sports this wouldn't be close to the biggest upset. Not to mention, after Game 4 of the NBA Finals the Warriors were -2500 to win it. Nothing will ever top that, if we are talking pre-series it would be up there but far from the greatest of all-time or even in the last 20 years.

The Lakers in 03-04 were -700. Detroit was +500 and beat the Lakers 4-1.
