If you eliminate game time posts there are more Cavs posts in this thread than Raps and Warriors posts combined.

Laker fans are justifiably in hibernation right now and the ones who aren’t are either rooting for GSW or at least very humble. Jerry buss’s daughter is great at posing naked in magazines, but she can’t run a team.

Take a breather! As of Friday morning everybody's in first place again. Usually one of my favorite things about the Finals is that I ain't got shit to worry about and can enjoy and watch and debate stress-free. It's a lovely time, and then I can go back to worrying about my own team once the silly season starts.

I don't get the controversy over KD getting hurt by coming back too soon. He knew what he was doing. He was thinking about his legacy and is young enough with everything going right in life to think it's not going to happen to me. That said, he'll still be sought after enough to get max while taking a year off.

If he was told by the team doctor that he couldn't worsen his injury by playing, that's a big issue, as clearly he could.

Kerr mentions in this that Durant had his own outside medical evaluation in addition to the Warriors training staff. Again this is coming from a Warriors employee, so take from it what you will, but I don't believe Steve Kerr to be a shill or a liar. Just still really sucks. We'll have to see if KD confirms this, but a part of me has a feeling that this situation won't be addressed for some time. Feels like one of those things that's gonna just linger.

Obviously have not been a big supporter as a coach, but agree no reason for him to lie and would be stupid to do so (and he's not stupid). No doubt if he lied he'd be exposed. and he would no better.

A friend of mine had his achillies ruptured and he had surgery less than a week out. Same day is probably not the norm, but generally surgery is done asap.
