Ooh, but he doesn't really.

He knows the KD version. Not the old version.

Also, McCaw would be playing significant minutes if still with GS. He should feel pretty dumb about how this whole thing played out.

In McCaw's current role, he may find himself playing in Europe in a couple of years.

I personally think this is going to be a great series. I'm in no way scared of the Warriors. I have a ton of respect for them they are a great team they're also banged up and I think we have a shooter chance in this series. Toronto also has a ton of experience on their side. They've gone through a couple of wars in the playoffs. More than ready to take this Challenge on and the home-court advantage is definitely going to help. I dunno the Warriors are 6 and 2 in the playoffs on the road. But this crowd and the city is absolutely ramped

I literally said the bold part and dude is still mad because I'm not agreeing with him that they're not a top 2 defensive team in the playoffs lol

I agree with you. It's entirely possible that although GS has a good defense, that they're not a top 2 defensive team in the playoffs. Saying that Toronto has a better defense isn't an insult. Toronto has the better defense and the best player in the playoffs (Kawhi), yet they're likely going to lose because GS's offense is just plain nuts.

Warriors have a little playoff experience on their side too. Agreed it should be a fun series.

Winning the first 2 is crucial for your boys.

Lose 1 and it is probably over in 5 because you have to think Cousins and/or Durant is available for game 3 which isn't until next Wednesday. KD would have been out a month come game 3. I don't see how he doesn't play that game.

But Warriors are too great of a team to be afraid of any crowd. The crowd can help the Raptors for sure but I don't think the Warriors will be bothered by the crowd much to be honest

I have the Warriors winning in five. A Bucks/Warrior matchup would have been better in my opinion.

I don't know about that. At least not for this year.

The one thing that was pretty obvious in the ECF was the Bucks lack of experience.

Imo, that lack of experience would cost them dearly vs. the Warriors and it may not go past 5 games.

Now that they have had this experience, I would expect them to be more competitive with the Warriors next year than they would be this year.

To be considered a top 2 defense, you need to play good/great defense for 4 quarters consistently.

I'm not so sure about that.

Obviously, from a statistical point of view, they can't be ranked #2.

However, the Warriors know they are depleted a bit with KD out and they know that they need to rest. Defense is where most players rest.

So, I think they allow their offense to keep them in the game for the first half and then start ramping it up in the 2nd half.

Toronto was kind of similar. They played better defense than the Warriors during the first 3 quarters because they don't have the Warriors offense. But then they would pick up their defensive effort and lock the opponents down in the 4th quarter.

Imo, their defense and picking it up in the 2nd half is why both teams were able to have multiple double digit comebacks.

Guess you didn't watch much 2016 Curry?

That, and you are conveniently leaving out the Houston series where he played very poorly for most of it.
Fool, please, how many times do we need to tell you we aren't talking about 2016? We are talking about best performance in this post season. Put down the bottle.

Curry's been great, Kawhi's been a little better.

And Kawhi's been better and more consistent. Thanks for playing.

Cmon Nolan, be honest. It’s the board you’re BANNED FROM. Like the Disney Board before. It’s stunning you haven’t been banned from this one.
What?

Nope. I'm just stating a fact that 4 people agreed with.
4 people? That's not many. I've heard probably a hundred pundits say different.
