There's a red moon rising
On the Cuyahoga River
Rolling into Cleveland to the lake

There's a red moon rising
ON the Cuyahoga River
Rolling into Cleveland to the lake

There's an oil barge winding
Down the Cuyahoga River
Rolling into Cleveland to the lake

There's an oil barge winding
Down the Cuyahoga River
Rolling into Cleveland to the lake

Cleveland, city of light, city of magic
Cleveland, city of light, you're calling me
Cleveland, even now I can remember
'Cause the Cuyahoga River
Goes smokin' through my dreams

Burn on, big river, burn on
Burn on, big river, burn on
Now the Lord can make you tumble
And the Lord can make you turn
And the Lord can make you overflow
But the Lord can't make you burn

Burn on, big river, burn on
Burn on, big river, burn on

Depending on who we draft and sign as a free agent (I expect a tier 2 player who can mentor the kids, not an elite player) I think we could be in the 38-40 win range.

I honestly think they should avoid Harrison Barnes now.

Hear me out....

Wouldn't it be better to sign a......Deng?

Give him a 2 year deal, have him mentor whoever you pick between Simmons and Ingram, until they are ready to completely take over.

Barnes will want max money and Bothwell be better than him long-term.

Or

Sign a cheaper young guy like Bazemore.

I liked Baze the FIRST time he was out here, but cap constraints at the time I believe kept us from re-signing the guy...

If ya got questions I got all the answers. Most of them are probably wrong though. Hope that's okay.

Not when you consider the Warriors ran the gauntelet in who they faced.....varsity vs the JV teams the Cavs faced.

The Cavs opponents (Pistons, Hawks, Raptors) were a combined 13 - 5 this season vs the Warriors opponents (Rockets, Blazers, Thunder).

In each round of the playoffs the Cavs faced an opponent who won more games this season than the Warriors' opponent.

Obviously numbers like that aren't a perfect measurement of how difficult a path is. I would agree with the general consensus that the Warriors had a more difficult path (because of the conf Finals). But numbers like that can help to put a perception into proper perspective.

Characterizing the Warriors path as a "gauntlet" and the Cavs path as "JV teams" is a big mistake, imo.
