I looked at Wall's career vs Pearl, and he was clearly the guy I wanted. Last couple of years, Wall has gone for 20 points a game, but also 10 assists a game. Pearl was a 3-4 assists per game guy his entire career. Great player, but not what I wanted from a PG

This pickup means to me that Desean Jackson or Pierre Garcon wont be back next year without a new restructured contract. Its a smart draft pick for a next year need. Skins biggest need is D-Line which this years draft is full of so Redskins choice to fill a need for later and still get a D-lineman in 2nd round and probably also in 3rd.
