76ers win this draft. Get Noel and MCW along with 2014 pick from NO provided its not top 3 (I doubt it. NO may be a fringe playoff team). By dumping Jrue, they're only worthwhile player, they can go full tank mode with a roster full of role players for a shot at Wiggins. Even if they miss him, they'll likely have two 2014 lottery picks in a loaded draft to pair with what they got this year.
