Okay working with special needs kids and kids with behaviors this story really scares me. Seriously officers you shoot a black man with his hands in the air while he is laying on his back. Luckily they didn't shoot the autistic boy with a toy in his hand. No wonder black people don't trust the police when news like this get out. Yes yes white people also get shot but my God what is the guy supposed to do differently to not get shot.
