Tough 2nd inning for Tanner. 6 hits and 4 runs allowed. He wasn't awful, kinda got babip'd a bit. 4-0 Phils after 2. Gonzalez had an 8.68 era entering this game. Time for the Nats to get the bats going.

Phillies beat the Nats 8-5 in the 2nd game. Roark couldn't get the ball by anyone, and everything they hit found a hole. Dems da breaks. Still, 8 game winning streak was nice. On to Atlanta for 3 games starting Tuesday.
