Here's to hopin the Nats can keep up the momentum on the road. 9-game road trip starts tonight. Last time Nats visit South Philly this year.

Philly is coming off two straight series wins against Seattle and St Louis. Dammit.

Winning game 1 is gonna be crucial since i think it's highly unlikely the Nats win game 2.

And this isnt good: This will be Burnett's fifth start of the season against the Nationals. He is 2-0 with a 1.98 ERA in two home starts against them compared to going 0-2 with a 10.57 ERA in two road matchups.

Against the Nats, he's 12-for-32 (.375 avg) with 4 doubles.

On the flip side, i was surprised to see Ben Revere only hitting .261 (12 for 46). Seems like he's a .500 hitter against the Nats.

Ah, SHIT. Droobs isnt healthy enough to start. Burnett vs Espi is such a horrible matchup for the Nats. I'm picturing it now. 1st plate appearance: strikes out swinging on a slider in the dirt. 2nd plate appearance: strikes out looking on a 2-seam swing back fastball on the inside corner.
