The Dodgers have their work cut out for them facing Zimmerman tonight. The Nats should have an easier go facing Beckett. The Dodgers have won two after a horrendous 8 game losing streak, while the Nationals lost 2 to the Cubs over the weekend. Dodgers still have 9 on the disabled list. Here's hoping for a clean hard-played series of good baseball.

He also needs to teach them how to overcome adversity. When one bad thing happens, Stras and Gio tend to melt down. You can see it in their body language. Zim stays cool and calm.

Agreed. Both seem to let their emotions play into how they are pitching. Gio did a lot better with that last year and played happy-go-lucky, but seems to have reverted a bit to how he was in Oakland so far this year. Hopefully he can get it back and Stras can learn that he can't get everybody out all the time.

Damn. I like his hustle but as far as longevity is concerned, he may want to take it down a notch in certain situations.
