The Lakers still aren't good enough to beat the Thunder. Apparently they're trying to get Howard from the Magic, but with this trade it won't be easy. Orlando wants some 1st round picks in the deal along with players.

I don't know, if anything the asking price might have just gone up for Nash after Parisuter signed with the Wild. Could you imagine Crosby and Nash on the same line, though? It stills the heart just thinking about it.

The most dominant I remember Nash was when he was paired up with Getzlaf and Heatley at the World Championships in Ottawa/Quebec City.

That would probably be the dumbest move they could make. If they can't get a top player in return, maybe two strong prospects and a pick from a NE team?

at this point Howson might be able to swing a bigger return from DET since Holland whiffed on Parise, Suter, Carle, etc.

Ah... I see know. My musical knowledge begins and ends with Social Distortion. I'm actually serious.
