Fielder isn't getting bumped. Are you kidding me? He'll platoon with Mitch against LHP. He's still sporting an .845 OPS against lefties this year.

He'll platoon with Moreland at 1b/dh. As good as he's been, Moreland is only sporting a .672 ops against LHP. As bad as Napoli has been his got an .845 ops. He's here to hit LHP. That's all.

Didn't matter what we wanted with Cruz, he was determined not to play here because he wanted to be in the OF and harbored ill feelings because we told him he wasn't viable out there anymore.
