Guys what are some really good movies with a twist at the end. Movies like fight club (speaking of Norton) and the secret window with johnny deep. i love movies where the main subject is crazy but you don't realize it right away. Got any good ones.

Honest to God, these type of threads could drive a man crazy. My lists mean nothing....they are merely attempts to scratch the surface. One would really have to take some time...remember...OCD OD....tough stuff fosho

Joe I seen Wicker Park, Awesome movie. That is actually one of my favorites too. Love how he finds her at the end and he looks at here with all that love and that song is awesome, but Rose Burns was hotter if I were him I'd have stayed with the crazy bitch. lol.

O man, Close Encounters... that movie was great.

This is funny, Sam. Leave it to you to come up with a roster.

But no romance? Maybe I'm on an island, but aren't romance movies like kickers or punters? You need them and some are good.

While we're on the subject, does a movie like Hitch fall into your dreaded romance category? How about A Knights Tale (with Heath Ledger)? Jerry Maguire? 50 First Dates?

Pride and Prejudice (the version with Keira Knightley & Donald Sutherland)? Actually, I like that one. Oops.

I don't put Hitch in the romance category. If I need a good laugh, I'll pop that in. It's a guaranteed mood lifter imo.

Damn, tough to name just five.

Loved A Bronx Tale.

An American Tale and A Knights Tale are up there, as far as tales go. Tell-Tale was alright. Didn't like Winter's Tale at all.

Foot, if you liked Wicker Park and haven't seen Matchstick Men with Nicholas Cage and Sam Rockwell, you need to watch Matchstick. Trust me on this. And try not to read any story lines or spoilers about the movie either. The twist had me thinking about it for days.

Lots of great movies have been listed on here. Amazing how you forget about some of them. Yet if they come on TV you just gotta watch. Like the Bourne Supremacy or the J.J. Abrams version of Star Trek.

Surprised Chef hasn't chimed in with O Brother Where Art Thou topping his list. Maybe he's runnoft, or in a tight spot?

Ha, I just saw this thread, trying to take it all in. I'll just comment on this for now, I really liked Matchstick Men, very good movie and probably the last good one that Cage has done.

After some initial resistance, I'm all in on the new Star Trek franchise. Love 'em.

We all know resistance is futile...
