The St Louis Rams. They came to St Louis and won a superbowl and then left.

Speaking of.....

Do coaches count? If so, Mike Martz would be a good one for this topic.

DeShawn Wynn.

Had one big game for the Packers in 2008 and was basically never heard from again.

Honestly. Andrew Luck has always just been nothing but media generated hype. Stanford was built perfectly for him to be successful. Those Stanford teams really didn't have many holes at all. I brought into the hype at first, but then after watching him, I realized that he plays exactly the same way as Brett Favre did, except he doesn't have the iron man quality, or the clutch factor. Luck hasn't performed well on a big stage yet, and I don't really expect him to. Yeah, he'll be in the league playing. So I guess he's not a one hit wonder. But he'll never match what he did in 2014. And he sure as hell won't win a SB. Just not smart with the ball at all.

I think Luck is pretty good overall ... But I HATE the way the media crowned him the next Peyton Manning, and they already had his statue carved out in Canton ... It's effin annoying the way the media does that crap ....

I'm 100% certain they'll be back to sucking his dick next preseason. He'll come out with some a decent performance and ESPN will be like,"Luck is back to his old self. Expect big things." Blah blah blah. It's fucking pathetic.

Rob Johnson??????????????

He had like a 20-year career with many good seasons.
Not really. He only started 29 games in his career. His best season was with Buffalo where he threw a little over 2,000 yds 12 td 7 ints in 11 starts.

Maybe you were thinking of Brad Johnson?

David Tyree. His one hit wonder was a Super Bowl miracle. Other than that, barely even a contributor to the Giants' offense.

Vince Young. Finally put together a good enough season in 2010 to get the Eagles to take a chance on him, and then he went back to his shit ways.

Rex Grossman. Didn't look gross sometimes during the 2006 season for the Bears' SB run. But then he went back to his gross ways.

Tim Tebow. His magical run in 2011 had us all scratching our heads, but we all know it wasn't sustainable.

Sally Jenkins Says Rex Grossman Is Fat

Tyree didn't even have one catch after the SB - pretty amazing.

As per above - I remember several times with the Redskins where Grossman was way out of shape - shouldn't happen for a pro athlete.

Jason Campbell? I don't know if he was ever much of a "hit" though.

Frenchy Fuqua is only known for 1 play, and he didn't even get the ball on that play.

Brandon Lloyd was kind of a 2-hit wonder (once with Denver, once with NE).

...Unless referring to his rap career, in which case he was a 0-hit wonder.

Lloyd was amazing in 2010 in Denver. Seemed like every week he was making unbelievable catches. Really thought he would have more of an affect on NE than he had.
