Ladell Betts(Redskins)-Clinton Portis went down in early 2,000s and Betts ran for over 1,000 yds in 9 games.

Never liked this guy much in college. Thought I was wrong after his rookie season, but...

Trent Richardson. 950 yards and 11 TDs in his rookie year, and now he's fallen off the face of the earth.

Andrew Luck. Has had one good year in 2014 with one of the best offenses the Colts have ever had. Has been average to below average any other year.

Brandon Lloyd was kind of a 2-hit wonder (once with Denver, once with NE).

...Unless referring to his rap career, in which case he was a 0-hit wonder.

David Tyree. His one hit wonder was a Super Bowl miracle. Other than that, barely even a contributor to the Giants' offense.

Vince Young. Finally put together a good enough season in 2010 to get the Eagles to take a chance on him, and then he went back to his shit ways.

Rex Grossman. Didn't look gross sometimes during the 2006 season for the Bears' SB run. But then he went back to his gross ways.

Tim Tebow. His magical run in 2011 had us all scratching our heads, but we all know it wasn't sustainable.

Steve Slaton. Almost 1300 yards, 4.8 ypc, and 9 TDs his rookie year. Still trying to figure out why he didn't continue the success. One of the most talented backs of the past decade. Wasted talent of course.

Steve Beuerlein. 4400 yards and 36 TDs back in 1999 for the Panthers. Nobody remembers him because of Kurt Warner of course, but he was right behind him all year long. Truly came out of nowhere for his only good year in the league.

I think Luck will eventually be a good QB. Maybe not great like 2014 but decent enough to still be playing 10 yrs from now.

Kevan freeking Barlow. I was screaming for clueless Terry Donahue to let him walk in FA (along with Ahmed Plummer), but the dude signed him to a big deal. :mad2:

Honestly. Andrew Luck has always just been nothing but media generated hype. Stanford was built perfectly for him to be successful. Those Stanford teams really didn't have many holes at all. I brought into the hype at first, but then after watching him, I realized that he plays exactly the same way as Brett Favre did, except he doesn't have the iron man quality, or the clutch factor. Luck hasn't performed well on a big stage yet, and I don't really expect him to. Yeah, he'll be in the league playing. So I guess he's not a one hit wonder. But he'll never match what he did in 2014. And he sure as hell won't win a SB. Just not smart with the ball at all.

Larry Johnson was a 2 hit wonder for the Chiefs. Completely disappeared after that.

Matt Flynn. One amazing game netted him 14 million from the Seahawks. He hasn't done shit since besides playing game manager ball when Aaron Rodgers is injured.

Don Majkowski- Over 4,300 yards and 27 TDs in 1989 only to tear up his shoulder and ankle in the next few seasons and have Favre take his job.

Icky Woods- Do the Icky shuffle!

Larry Brown- Dominated a SB with 2 INTs, got a big contract from the Raiders, lost his starting job, out of the league after sitting on the bench for the Cowboys.

Robert Edwards was an excellent rookie running back, before the flag football injury.

Kyle Arrington had 7 INTs one season, which tied for the league lead. He's had 2 others for his whole career.

It's too early to rule out a comeback, but Jonas Gray is looking like he was a flash in the pan for the Patriots.
